Preparation of Province specific development grants for the 5 ministries and other departments as well as institutions and the capital expenditure estimate under the criteria based funds.
Identification of development potentials of the province and preparation of reports required by local and foreign fund granting organization and thereby raising funds.
Direction of annual action plans ofhte ministries and follow up action on them.
Action on capital expenditure work making direct contacts with the Financial commission on behalf of the Provincial council
Guiding the ministries to prepare their annual action plans
